Adam is an empowering leader who has helped turn Maplewave into an international success story through his dedication to growth, financial acumen, strategic planning, human capital management and unrelenting focus on corporate culture.
Adam understands that a team of high-performing people empowered with focus and goals can achieve anything! Since joining Maplewave in 2007, his leadership has emphasized this team-based approach, which is directly linked to his many years of coaching competitive soccer.
Adam is a passionate advocate for the talent and opportunities in the Atlantic Canadian Business Community. He was involved in the Greater Halifax Partnership as part of the Business Leaders Roundtable. He currently contributes to Digital Nova Scotia’s “Women Leaders Fueling the Digital Economy” project, which aims to increase the participation of women in senior level roles in Nova Scotia’s ICT sector.
Adam is an enthusiastic volunteer, dedicating his time to the Atlantic View Breakfast Program and the Atlantic View Naturalization Playground Project, and coaching the Dartmouth United soccer club.
Adam is an alumnus of the SMU EMBA program. A proud father of three, he calls East Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia home.
