How long does it take to complete the assessment?

We typically like to spend at least a week with you on the ground. We visit your stores, immerse ourselves in your business, and talk to your many operational teams. From there, we analyze the results and prepare a detailed report. The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish.

What will I get out of the exercise and how will it help us?

You will learn a lot about yourselves! In short, we give you a strategic plan for the next several years, including at least 25 actionable recommendations. Some are quick wins, and others may require more strategic thought and planning. We will recommend what to do and when.

Our retail execution is already better than our competitors, how can this help us?

There will always be things you can improve on. Our highest-scoring assessment was only 70%, and we’ve had a few telcos score lower than 20%! Businesses that stop when they’re ahead are quickly caught. Get in touch and we can show you where you rank on our global scale.
