Can I still print off a copy of the contract if I want to for verification/operational reasons?
Absolutely! Our Paperless solution automatically seals and stores an electronic copy of the agreement, but you can also print the document at the time of signing or re-print it from the web portal at anytime (with the right permissions).
Do I need to install second screens, tablets, or digi-sign readers to make this work?
Out-of-the-box, our Paperless solution has everything it needs to capture signatures built in. Our Web Signing functionality means you can upload contracts directly from the Admin site and sign them in a browser. This same functionality can also be used for remote signing so customers can access and sign the document without the need to install any software.
That said, our Paperless solution can absolutely be used with multiple screens, tablets, and digital signers where those are desired to enhance or supplement your customer experience.
