Our BI & Reporting solution includes many out-of-the-box reports that have been built over the years from our work with telcos around the world. You can also create your own ad-hoc reports, or we can build new custom reports as part of your deployment.
Will I have to make huge changes to my data model if I take on your system?
No, Our BI & Reporting solution uses a translation layer that allows us to import and export data into any format to meet the needs of any third-party system you may be currently using.
If I want a custom report, can I create one myself or does Maplewave need to build it for me?
You can do either. You can build your own reports using our ad-hoc reporting function. Or, if it’s a report you will use consistently, we can custom-build a permanent report for you.
